任职资格：
1、 Ruby on Rails一年以上工作经验（或两个以上全程参与的Rails软件项目）。有大项目全程管理负责经验优先；
2、 熟悉Mysql, XHTML, XML, JavaScript 以及 AJAX；
3、 具备快速学习的能力，能迅速跟进Rails社区的新进展；
4、 乐于迎接挑战，享受工作；
5、 良好的英文阅读能力。
6、 思维敏捷，富有创新精神，对数据变化敏感，具备良好的分析判断能力。
7、 工作细心，能有效应对压力，优秀的协调合作、资源整合能力，良好的学习能力。
